(1) Check whether the circuit is faulty. Check whether the wiring from the oil sensing plug to the oil pressure gauge is loose and whether the contact is good. (3) Check whether there are foreign matters in the pressure limiting valve of the main oil passage that block the valve core or break the spring. The opening pressure shall be 500 ± 5kpa. Check whether the oil cooling nozzle is loose.

(4) Check whether the oil pump and transmission components are faulty. Disassemble and check the oil pump, measure whether the oil pump shaft and shaft sleeve are worn too badly, check whether the safety valve on the oil pump of TEREX spare parts is normal, and check whether the oil pump conforms to the low flow rate (not less than 125L)/min/1896-2240r/min); Check whether the welding of the filter screen head and flange of the oil filter is desoldered.

(5) Check whether the supercharger sealing ring is excessively worn and drain the oil. It is accompanied by blue smoke from engine combustion oil.

(6) The bearing bush of the air compressor is worn and the oil is drained. It is accompanied by slow pumping and loud noise when starting pumping.

(7) Through the above inspection, if no problem is found, the oil pressure indicator does not light up, and the engine can be used for a period of time, otherwise the engine should be disassembled and checked. Check the working condition of the connecting rod shell. The falling off of the camshaft shell will also cause low oil pressure. However, these are often accompanied by the suspicion of shoe melting, so it is necessary to carefully observe whether there is alloy powder in the released oil.

(8) For engines that have been used for a long time, it is necessary to consider the limited wear of each friction pair, bearing bush and shaft, and overhaul should be carried out. Only one repair can not solve the problem. For the newly repaired engine, consider whether the bearing bush and shaft diameter used belong to the same level of maintenance cooperation. The way to avoid this error is: if the engine needs to replace the bearing bush, it should be pre-assembled, measure the bearing bush hole, and see if the fit clearance between the bearing bush and the journal is within the range of assembly standards.
